Come out to watch Nutcracker Highlights in a fabulous

performance held at Centennial Secondary by the Quinte Ballet School. 

Tickets are 20.00 for Adults, 16.00 for Students and Seniors and

12.00 for children under 12.


santaclausparade  The Belleville Santa Claus Parade was held

 Sunday, November 16.  Centennial had a float filled

 with enthusiastic students and student council members.

 Great Charger spirit shared with our community.  

Pink Shirt Day and Assembly

travis price  On Tuesday, November 18, all CSS students are

 encouraged to wear pink shirts to show support for

  anti bullying.  Travis Price will be at our school 

  assembly at 1:25 to 2:32 to discuss bullying.  Travis

  initiated the country wide pink shirt day in Canada.  

OFSAA Character Nominations

blake caroline  Congratulations to Blake Reid and Caroline Simons

  who were both nominated for the Ofsaa Character in 

  Sport Award.  Best of luck as selections are made next


Centennial Remembers

remembrance day  The Rembrance Day Assembly was held today.  World War 2 

  veteren Bill Robertson was in attendance, and his story of being shot down

  in his plane over Belgium and in hiding for over 4 months in Belgium was very moving.  

  A special thank you to Mr Symons and the World Studies department, and Mr Reed and the

  choir for an excellent assembly.  Please see the photo galleries for some pictures from the assembly.


ANTI BULLYING WEEK  Anti Bullying week will be November 17-21.  There will be a meeting

  in Room 141 at 2:45 for any students that are interested in getting involved. 

  There is a guest speaker organized for November 18 in the auditorium at 1:30.
